Q: How does KC LITTLE WORLD work?

Q: Do you have a physical store?

A: NO. We  resides in the digital world.

Q: Is your server secure?

A: Yes! Safeguarding your personal information is our top priority. KCLW guarantees 100% secure ordering for all customers. To protect you and your personal account information, KCLW uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.

Q: How long it takes to receive my order?

A: The delivery time varies from country to country. Usually it take 2 - 5 weeks for delivery .

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

A: Our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. So please provide a street address for your order. If an order is placed with PO boxes or APO/FPO address, there will be delay for the order to be shipped.

Q: Will my entire order be shipped in one package?

A: Usually your entire order will be shipped in one package. However, if your order includes products from manufacturers in different locations, multiple packages may ship to fulfill a single order.

Q: What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

A: Your happiness is our priority. In these special circumstances, please contact us  for a quick response and assistance.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Q: I placed an order, can I change the shipping address?

A: Yes, contact customer service and changes will be made if order has not shipped yet.

Q: What is KCLW exchange policy?

A: Currently we are not able to offer exchange for any shipped orders.  If you want a different size or different item, please place a new order.

Q: What is KCLW return policy?

A: Your satisfaction is our primary concern. You may return an item that you are not satisfied with within 5 days after receiving your order and receive a full refund once we receive the returned package. Contact customer service to assist you in the return process.

Please note that any shipping fee you paid for the order will not be included in the refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Q: How to return?

Step 1: Send a return request to customer service with your order number and the item/s you wish to return.

Step 2: Our customer service will reply with a RAN (return authorization number) within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack up the item/s you want to return and send it back to our warehouse (address in the email with RAN).

Step 4: Wait for the package to be delivered to our warehouse. Once our warehouse receive the package, we will process refund to you within 2 business days.

Note:

  1. All returned item/s must be in resalable condition, item/s that arrived damaged will not be eligible for refund.
  2. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  3. You pay for the return shipment.
